These keep your bag, your session, your language and your region working. They are set regardless of your choice, because the shop cannot function without them.

These help us see which pages and products people use, and where the checkout loses people. With your permission we also record browsing sessions — clicks, scrolling and the pages shown — so we can find and fix problems.

Recordings never include what you type, and pages that show your personal details (your account, checkout and orders) are recorded with all of their text hidden. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and never reach us. Recordings are stored in the European Union and deleted after 30 days. Nothing is collected unless you accept.
